City of Kellogg Wastewater Collection System Improvements
Shoshone County
Funded by CDBG, USDA Rural Development loan and grant, and the City of Kellogg to replace the majority of the City’s wastewater collection system. The project included the replacement of 60,700 feet of wastewater collection lines, 246 manholes, and 942 sanitary sewer service laterals in public rights-of-way.
City of Bonners Ferry Water Tank Replacement
Boundary County
Funded by an Idaho Community Development Block Grant and City funds to remove an existing water reservoir and construct a new water tank.
Blanchard Senior/Community Center Project
Bonner County
Funded by an Idaho Community Development Block Grant for a new senior/community center in Blanchard, Idaho. The project constructed a 3,820 square foot building, which included a large meeting room, an office, accessible restrooms, a kitchen, and a storage area.
City of Plummer Gateway Fire Protection District Fire Station
Benewah County
Funded by an Idaho Community Development Block Grant, local cash, and private loan for the construction of an 8,518 square foot fire station for use by the Gateway Fire Protection District. The new facility includes offices, secretary space, and conference/training room with data and communications ports, kitchen, ADA-accessible restrooms, storage/utility, dispatch center, decontamination area, showers, dormitory rooms, and five apparatus bays.
Coeur d’Alene Airport- Empire Airlines Corporate Headquarters and Hangar
Kootenai County
Funded by a State of Idaho Rural Community Block Grant and EDA Public Works Grant to construct a maintenance hangar and provide the necessary water, sewer, power, and road and facility infrastructure to support Empire Airlines, Piedmont Aviation, and Field Aviation Services in the expansion of their companies in North Idaho. The hangar is 52,315 square feet and includes a 28,933 square foot maintenance bay designed to accommodate a wide range of aircrafts.

With the SBA 504 Loan, Alpine Shop was able to expand their reach by purchasing two buildings in Sandpoint, ID, and Schweitzer Mountain. Then with the RFL Loan, they were able to acquire a third building.
MickDuff’s Brewing Company
With an SBA 504 Loan MickDuff’s purchased and remodeled a building for their operations in Sandpoint, ID.
Wallace Brewing Company
With an RLF Loan, Wallace brewing company purchased canning equipment.
Longwell Trapp Architects
Located in Hayden, ID, LongWell Trapp Architects constructed a new corporate office building using an SBA 504 Loan.
